Proposal For Judicial Term Amendment To The Constitution Of The United States Of America

§1 There is to be a length of term of four years for Judges of the Supreme Court and the Courts underneath the Supreme Court. The maximum number of terms will be two for Judges.


§2 All Judges at the beginning of the passage of the Amendment will commence with four years as Judge and this will be a term.
